I cannot see a page or action

  • Verify your role permits the action.
  • Ask an Org Admin to confirm your role and business units.

A policy is missing

  • Check the correct tab (Pending, Library, History).
  • Confirm the policy is not retired or archived.
  • Ensure you are assigned to the correct business unit.

Import errors

  • Fix rows marked as Error in the preview.
  • Ensure role values match allowed roles.
  • Check that business unit names are spelled correctly.

Sign-in issues

  • Confirm you are using the correct Microsoft account.
  • Clear your browser cache and try again.
  • Contact your admin if the account is not invited.
