Getting Started

Sign in

1) Go to the PolicyHQ URL provided by your admin. 2) Select Sign in and complete Microsoft Entra ID login. 3) After login, you land on the Start or Landing page.

First-time setup (if prompted)

Some organizations require onboarding before you can use the app.

1) Open Onboarding when prompted. 2) Provide the required organization details. 3) Submit the form to unlock the rest of the application.

What you see after login

Your view depends on your role:

• Org Users see assigned policies and acknowledgements.
• Approvers see pending approvals and decision actions.
• Admins and Authors see policy, template, and org management screens.
